Commissioning

Observe EN 12056-4 for the commissioning.

5.1

Checking the system

During black water operation, the pump may only be used in such a way that no air can get into the pump housing. Run-

ning the pump without water leads to increased wear and possible sparking.

Check the following points before commissioning:

Correct installation of the pump
Fixing of all removable components
Leak-tightness of the system
Mains voltage (max. deviation ± 10 %)
Density of the pumped medium ϱ = 1.1 kg/L (the manufacturer must be consulted in the case of higher values)
Correct fit of the elements for level detection

5.2

Commissioning the system (Mono with float switch)

The system is made ready for operation by connection to the mains power supply.
System is ready for operation.
