CALLING ALERT TONE
Call alert tones are used to identify yourself to your party members. You can set
up a call alert tone to one of 16 types. If each party member uses a different call
alert tone, it is easy to know who is making the call.
This function is activate when Channel type is Analog.
To set up your own call alert tone:

Enter the Setting mode {p.37}.

Press the or button to select “ ”.

Press the
Menu
button then press the or button to select your desired
value.
~ 1 ~ 16 Select from 16 type tones.
• Each time you press or to select a call alert tone, the new tone sounds.

Press the
Menu
button to confirm the selection, then press the
PTT
switch or
the
Side
button to return to the operation mode.
HOME CHANNEL
A specific channel can be Main Channel.
HOME BUTTON SETUP
You can set up the transceiver Side button or Menu button to perform Home
channel functions.
To set up the
HOME
button:

Enter the Setting mode {p.37}.

Press the or button to select “
”(Side)or “ ” (Menu).

Press the
Menu
button then press or button to select
“ ”.
HOME CHANNEL OPERATION

Press the button set for Home channel.

A beep sounds and "HOME" appears on the display for 1
second.

If you press button set for Home channel again, it returns to
the original setting channel.
