Error message at time of Entry or Registration
Error Message Possible Cause Remedies
Enter name. Name is blank. Enter the name.
Same name exists. Enter
different name. The name is already
registered.
Register a different name.
Unable to enter. Data exceeds limit. Delete excessive data.
Incorrect value entered.
Enter value between 0 and
255. IP address input error. Enter correctly within the
range.
Sample No. range: High
order 01 to 99, Low order
001 to 999 Entry error of sample number Enter correctly within the
range.
Wrong password.
Set a new password. Two passwords entered at a
time do not match. Enter the same password for
two times.
Error message at time of using USB flash drive device
Error Message Possible Cause Remedies
USB drive not found.
Set and retry. USB flash drive is missing. Insert USB flash drive and try
again.
USB writing error.
Unable to write. Writing in USB flash drive has
failed due to USB error. Change USB flash drive.
No enough space in USB
drive. No more space in USB flash
drive Change USB flash drive or
secure space.
Other error message
Error Message Possible Cause Remedies
Unable to reach set temp. Set temperature may be
below ambient by 12°C or
more.
Or the ambient temperature
may not be stable enough. Raise the set temperature, or
reduce the room temperature.
Or move the instrument to
where
the ambient
temperature is stable.
The backup battery for the
date and time is running out.
Note that once the backup
battery has run out, the date
and time are cleared the next
time the instrument is turned
on. The backup battery needs to
be replaced.
Contact your local distributor.
Error detected.
Code E-xxxx.
Contact your local agent. System malfunctions. Turn off power and notify
customer support of code
E-XXXX.
You cannot measure, check
or calibrate while the alarm is
