Details
This function stores the active set of calibration constants to nonvolatile memory. The previous calibration
constants (from the default calibration set) are copied to the previous calibration set (
smu

.CALSET_PREVIOUS
)
before overwriting the default calibration set.
This function is disabled until a successful call to
smu
X
.cal.unlock()
is made.
If any of the calibration constants have been changed, this function is disabled unless the calibration date, the
calibration due date, and the calibration adjust date have been assigned new values.
