This function stores the active calibration constants to nonvolatile memory.

Details
This function will store the active set of calibration constants to nonvolatile memory. The previous calibration
constants (from the default calibration set) will be copied to the previous calibration set
(

.CALSET_PREVIOUS
) prior to overwriting the default calibration set.
This function will be disabled until a successful call to
smu
X
.cal.unlock()
is made. If any of the calibration
constants have been changed, this function will be disabled unless the calibration date, the calibration due date,
and the calibration adjust date have been assigned new values.
