KIHighC factory script 

The KIHighC factory script is made up of two functions: 

i_leakage_measure()

 and 

i_leakage_threshold()

. These functions are intended to be used when high capacitance mode 

is active. Output is generally at a non-zero voltage before calling these functions. These functions can 
also be used to step the voltage to zero volts in order to measure the leakage current.
