Query programmed low amplitude

Query highest allowable low amplitude

Description

This command is used to set the pulse low amplitude level for all current 
source pulses. For the 500mA source range, the low value can be set 
from 0 to 0.015A. For the 5A source range, the low value can be set 
from 0 to 0.150A.

NOTE

This command sets the pulse low amplitude for the pulse source function in the 
list and sweep modes. See 

“Select sourcing mode,” page 14-32
