General safety instructions
If you follow the instructions regarding safety and use as described in this manual, the
product will, in normal case, neither cause personal injury nor damage to machinery
and equipment.
The instructions contained in this manual must be precisely followed in all circum

Only electrical vehicles or their chargers must be connected. The connection of other
devices (e.g. electric tools) is not allowed!

The device should be mounted protected from direct sunlight as far as possible to
avoid the interruption of the charging due to excessive temperatures of the componen

ts of the KeContact R10.
The device should be protected against direct rain as far as possible to prevent risk of
electric shock or fault.
The device should be protected against snow and ice as far as possible to prevent risk
of electric shock or fault.
Other products must be used for these applications!
CAUTION!
Make sure the cable is correctly rewound if it is not used for charging to avoid trip
hazard.
