4.5.2 Wiring of the brake control card to the inverter
Overview for wiring of the brake control card
Description
The three mains phases are connected to input ter-
minal X1D of the brake control card. The three mains
phases must be connected from terminal X1E of the
brake control card to terminal X1A of the frequency
inverter. The control lines must be connected from
the inverter terminal X2A pin 14, 15 to the terminal
block X2C of the brake control card. The brake must
be connected to terminals HB+ and HB-.

Destruction of the brake !

The digital output 1 has a changed factory setting at the G6M with
brake control. The digital output 1 is switching at 4Hz.
►
The brake must be designed for 205 Vdc / 0.5 A!
