4.2 Mount the facial bow
▶ Remove the knurled screw ②.
▶ Shove the bite fork support ③ onto the bite fork ④.
▶ Suspend the bite fork support ③ on the facial bow and tighten it with the fastening
nut ①. Make sure that the guide pins of the bite fork support ③ engage in the
guide groove of the facial bow.
