2.1.3 Description of danger levels
Safety instructions with three hazard levels are used in this document for avoiding
personal and property damage.
CAUTION
CAUTION
indicates a hazardous situation that can lead to property damage or minor
to moderate injury.
WARNING
WARNING
indicates a hazardous situation that can lead to serious injury or death.
DANGER
DANGER
indicates a maximum hazardous situation that can directly cause serious
injury or death.
2.2 Purpose - proper use
KaVo exhaust hoods 5650, 5651, 5652 and 5653 are installed in dental labs over
certain devices to draw off the emissions arising while working with these devices.
The exhaust hoods may only be installed over the following devices:
▪ Preheating oven
▪ Burn out ovens
▪ Boiling out units
▪ Polymerisation equipment
