Switching OFF in Manual Operation Mode

Fully turn the hand-wheel (43/1) slowly in the "OPEN" direction.

Press the "Stop" button (49/8).

➜

Control valve V06 opens; "Control valve V06 open" lamp
(49/14) flashes. When the valve is open, the lamp lights con-
tinuously.

NOTE

The opening duration can take up to 3 minutes.

➜

Raw water pump stops, lamp (49/13) goes out

➜

Luminous lamp "Start" (49/11) illuminates

Turn main switch (49/16) to position

"OFF".

➜

All displays and lamps go out

WARNING

If the systems stands still for a longer period
(> 60 h) preservation measures are to be taken
according to Section 3.5.3.

Return all valves to position

for pass

position.

3.4.3.3

Switching ON in Manual Operation Mode as Emergency Function

For some sensory malfunctions, e. g., drinking water flow meter,
switching on the system in "Emergency operation” is possible as fol-
lows.

Before switching on, make sure that the levers and the hand-
wheel of the double-pass operating panel are in position

"Single pass" (see Fig. 43).

Leave the concentrate return line as in automatic operation.

Set the main switch (49/16) to position

"ON".

The reactions are the same as in Section 3.4.2.1 "Switching
ON in automatic operation mode"

Turn the "Program" selector switch (49/12) to position

"Man-

ual".

Press the luminous "Start" button (49/11).

➜

On the display of the control panel (49/7), "Hand" and after-
wards "Pass 1" is indicated

➜

The "Raw water pump ON " lamp (49/13) lights up

With button "

▼

" (44/3) on the control panel, switch to the "Pass 2"

menu.

Press button "2" (44/5) until the output value of approx. 1 600 l/h
is indicated on the "Pass 2" menu.
If the value is exceeded, press button "4" (44/4) in order to reduce
the output value.
