Cleaning / replacing the brush roller

1. Remove the brush roller using a coin or 

a straight screwdriver.

Illustration S

2. Clean / replace the brush roller.

3. Insert the cleaned or new brush roller 

into the floor nozzle, and fix the brush 
roller into the place.

Ensure that the brush roller sits properly.

Troubleshooting

Before doing any work on the appliance:
1. Switch off the appliance.

2. Unplug the power supply from the power 

outlet.

Malfunctions often have simple causes that 
you can remedy yourself using the follow-
ing overview. When in doubt, or in the case 

of malfunctions not mentioned here, please 
contact your authorised Customer Service.

1 Check the dust container.
2 Empty and clean the dust con-

tainer and filter.

3 Check and clean the cyclone 

cover.

The appliance does 
not run.

Battery is nearly empty.

1 Charge the battery.

The appliance is in danger of 
overheating.

1 Check whether the dust contain-

er is clogged.

2 Clean the dust container.
3 Switch the appliance on again.

The floor nozzle is 
shut down auto-
matically.

It is in danger of overheating.

1 Check whether the brush roller is 

blocked, and clean the brush roll-
er.

2 Switch on the appliance again.
