nal instructions prior to the initial opera-
tion of your appliance and store them for
later use or subsequent owners.

Before initial start-up it is absolutely necessary to
read the safety information no. 5.956-065.0!
– The non-compliance of the operating and safety in-
structions may lead to damages of the appliance
and to dangers for the operator and other persons.
– In case of transport damage inform vendor immedi-
ately.
– When unpacking the product, make sure that no
accessories are missing and that none of the pack-
age contents have been damaged.
Electrical and electronic devices often contain compo-
nents which could potentially pose a danger to human
health and the environment if handled or disposed of in-
correctly. However, these components are necessary
for the proper operation of the device. Devices marked
with this symbol must not be disposed of with regular
household rubbish.

The appliance is not suitable for vacuuming dust which
endangers health.
– The machine is designed for generating steam and
vacuum cleaning spilled liquids and solid substanc-
es according to the description in this Operating In-
structions Manual.
– This appliance has been tested and certified ac-
cording to HACCP standards and is suitable for
thorough and hygienic cleaning as part of HACCP
hygiene management.
– This appliance is suited for the commercial use,
e.g. in hotels, schools, hospitals, factories, shops,
offices, and rental companies.
Note: HACCP hygiene management is a standardised
process to prevent hygiene risks in food-processing
plants, hospitals, hotels, commercial kitchens, etc.

High steam temperatures combined with relevant
accessories mean that the appliances offer very ef-
fective cleaning.
– Surfaces are not just cleaned thoroughly (99.9% of
protein and starch-based soiling); germs are re-
duced by up to 3 log units.
