Type 22 devices are suitable for holding combus-
tible dust in zone 22. They are not suitable for con-
nection to dust-generating machines.
●
Type 22 devices are not suitable for the intake of
dusts or liquids with high risk of explosion and for
mixtures of combustible dusts with liquids.
●
The vacuum cleaner is intended for the removal of
combustible dusts in potentially explosive environ-
ments classified as Zone 22.
●
This device is suitable for commercial use,e.g. in
production areas in industry and crafts, in ware-
houses, in transport and in agriculture.

Safety instructions
DANGER
Risk of injury, explosion and damage
Observe the following safety instructions when handling
the device.
●
The electrical connection must be made outside the
hazardous area.
●
The included accessories are electrically conduc-
tive. Only the accessories listed in the appendix
(standard accessories / special accessories) may
be used!
●
Do not vacuum without filter elements in place, oth-
erwise the suction motor will be damaged and there
will be a health risk due to increased fine dust emis-
sions!
●
Observe the safety regulations for the materials be-
ing vacuumed. During proper/improper operation,
parts (e.g. air outlet) of the vacuum cleaner can
reach up to 105 °C.
●
The minimum ignition temperature (MIT) of the dust
cloud is
≥
160 °C and the MIT of dust with a dust
thickness of 5 mm is
≥
180 °C.
●
The use of an extension cord is prohibited.
Behavior in the event of an emergency
DANGER
Risk of injury and damage in the event of a short-cir-
cuit or other electrical faults
Danger of electric shock, danger of burns
Switch off the device and unplug the mains plug.
WARNING: This device contains dusts that are harmful
to your health. Emptying and maintenance, including
removal of the dust bag, may only be performed by ap-
propriately trained personnel wearing suitable personal
protective equipment. Do not switch on until the entire
filter system is installed. Check the function of the vol-
ume flow control when the device is switched on.
Do not vacuum any sources of ignition!
