5. Remove the side brush.
6. Clean the mount if necessary.
7. Place the new side brush on the mount and secure it with a
lock.
Checking/changing the roller brush
Check and change the roller brush with the device tilted.
ATTENTION
Risk of injury and damage
Remove the battery and the sweep container before tilting the de-
vice.
Secure the tilted device before changing the roller brush.
When inserting the new roller brush, make sure that no bristles
are jammed in the hole of the roller brush rocker.

Distance between sealing strip and retaining plate
– Target: 31-33 mm
1. Remove the battery.
2. Remove the waste container.
3. Tilt the device backwards and secure it against tipping down.
4. Remove any wrapped tapes and cords from the roller brush.
5. Remove dirt from the drive pins.
6. To change the roller brush, grab the roller brush at the base
body, press to the left and pull it out downwards.
7. Fit the new roller brush onto the drive pins (left). On the oppo-
site side, engage the bearing shell in the hole of the roller
brush rocker.
8. With the device tilted, check the adjustment of the front sealing
strip, readjust if necessary.

1. Release the fastening of the sealing strips.
2. Adjust the sealing strip by sliding it in the slotted holes.

3. If the adjustments are correct, fasten the sealing strips.
Troubleshooting guide
Note
Contact customer service for all malfunctions not listed!
Roller brush / side brush do not run or run incorrectly
 Turn on the On/Off switch (position I).
 Charge the battery.
 Engage the battery correctly.
 The electronics switched off the device due to an overload
(LED flashes). Observe when switching on again:
a Switch off the device using the On/Off switch.
b Raise the roller brush by lifting the twist grip and turning it all
the way up in an counterclockwise direction.
c Switch on the device using the “On/Off switch".
 Check roller brush / side brush for wrapped straps.
 Check the belt.
 Fully close the cover (cover switch).
Dust when sweeping / insufficient suction
performance
 Empty the waste container.
 Check/replace the seals on the filter box and waste container.
 Check / clean / replace dust filter and pre-filter.
a Check that the dust filter and pre-filter are fitted correctly.
b Clean the dust filter and pre-filter if they are lightly contami-
nated.
c Replace the dust filter and pre-filter if they are damaged or
highly contaminated.
 Check / adjust / replace the sealing strips for wear and tear.
 Blower defective, contact customer service.
Sweeping performance not satisfactory
 Correctly adjust the sweeping level of the roller brush and side
brush using the adjustment option.
 The roller brush and side brush are too worn out, replace
them.
 Check the sealing strips for wear and tear, adjust / replace if
necessary.
