Troubleshooting tree: Tag Fail - Bar code mismatch with tag contents
This mismatch error occurs when the Agency ID and/or serial number information stored in the OBU does not match
that contained in the bar code information. The TTU antenna and internal bar code scanner are working properly; the
problem is with the OBU.
START
Symptom:
Error message: Bar code mismatch
with tag contents
Ensure the bar code label
is not obscured with dirt or
damages. Retest the tag.
