To send only the notification,
check the Add report check box for the Infected object type on the
recipient page and select Remove from the corresponding Object
action drop down list. The program will send the notification to the
recipient without the infected object attached to it.

recipient page and select Unchanged from the corresponding
Object action drop down list. The program will send the notification to
the recipient with the infected object attached to it.
