equipment in a manner inconsistent with the operating instructions or intended use
c) Damage caused by using a fuel mixture that does not comply with the operating manual,
d) damages caused by the user as a result of improper storage, transportation, improperly
performed maintenance and repair activities; caused by working or storing the device in extremely
unfavourable conditions, i.e. high humidity, dust, negative or too high ambient temperature
e) damages of things resulting from natural wear and tear as a consequence of using things during
their proper exploitation, including damages of paint coats,
f) damage to batteries resulting from their incorrect use, storage and charging,
g) damage resulting from: supplying high-pressure equipment with contaminated water
13) parts and materials not covered by the warranty protection and the wear of which is a natural
consequence of the work:
(a) consumable parts e.g.: blades, discs, cutting bars, vee heads, filters, starter cables, drive
cables, spark plugs, bulbs, running wheels, clutch drums and jaws, clutches and friction wheels,
drive belts, safety screws, collection and scraper brushes, filters,
(b) engine components: cylinders, pistons, rings, crankshaft, bearings, pan, carburettor
diaphragms, pump seals, O-rings, valves,
c) Transmission/gearbox components: gears, chains, hydraulic pumps,
d) other components: blade hubs, safety wedges, shock absorbers, bearings, pan, gears, overload
fuses, carbon brushes, linkages and control cables, seals,
e) components not mentioned above in this warranty card, which are obviously subject to wear
during operation.
14) 14th The user may not request repair of the defective device at the place of use, even if the
device is covered by the warranty service.
15) The user loses rights under the guarantee if it is found that the user: makes constructional
changes, attempts to carry out independent repairs and adjustments not provided for in the
operation manual, fails to carry out operation and maintenance checks which the user is obliged to
according to the provisions of the operation manual, uses unsuitable spare parts and consumables.
The buyer/user is obliged to document warranty inspections and other servicing carried out.
*The customer is obliged to have the unit serviced periodically by KT-24 in accordance with the
operating instructions / maintenance booklet. The claimed device shall be delivered with complete
standard equipment, clean, with legible rating plate and prints.
