1. Warranty - is an obligation of the guarantor to remove free of charge any physical defects of the
product (material and/or assembly defects).
2. The guarantee for free repair covers a defect in the device that does not fulfil the functions
specified in the operating instructions due to damage, and the cause of the damage is due to
defects in materials or installation.
3. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase/release of the product and is
- 24 months for all devices in case of consumer purchase
- 12 months for commercial purchase of domestic appliances / 24 months for professional
appliances*;
- 24 months for Briggs & Stratton engines from the date of consumer purchase and 3 months for
commercial purchases
- 6 months for accessories (including lances, guns, and nozzles) from the date of consumer
purchase and 3 months for commercial purchases. Kaercher accessories are exempt from the
manufacturer's warranty and KT-24 Sp. z o.o.
- 6 months for batteries, accumulators and chargers for consumer purchases and 3 months for
commercial purchases
- 6 month warranty period for riding units (transmissions) of lawn mowers, mechanical and
hydrostatic transmissions (HST) of garden tractors and 3 months for commercial purchases
4. Consumer purchase within the meaning of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights. (Journal
of Laws 2014 item 827) is a purchase made by a natural person making a legal transaction with an
entrepreneur not directly related to his/her business or professional activity.
5th The condition for the use of warranty benefits is the notification and delivery by The user of the
complete device, together with a proof of purchase. The report should be submitted via the service
panel www.serwisuj.com immediately after finding the malfunction. In case of door to door warranty
the guarantor will cover the shipping costs in case the warranty is accepted.
6. The complainant should provide for correspondence purposes his/her personal data: name,
address, telephone number (Art. 6, par. 1, letter b) of the General Data Protection Regulation
("RODO") and the number of the proof of purchase.
7. If any of the conditions specified in paragraphs 5 and 6 is not fulfilled, the person accepting the
complaint has the right to refuse to accept the device for repair.
8. The choice of the method of removing the defect belongs to the guarantor, who may repair the
item by repairing it, replacing the defective part or replacing the goods. Regardless of the way of
removing the defect, the warranty will be prolonged by the total time of processing the complaint.
9. The guarantor through an authorized service center will respond to claims submitted by the
complainant within 14 days, and the removal of defects in the case of its qualification for free
warranty service will take place no later than 30 days from the date of filing a complaint. Out-of-
warranty repairs (against payment) are carried out on the basis of individual arrangements with the
service facility.
10. The rights under the warranty do not include the right of the buyer to claim reimbursement of
lost profits and costs incurred in connection with the defects of the item. The warranty does not
cover cases of random damage independent of operating conditions such as flood, fire, etc.
11. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation or use of the
equipment contrary to the manual.
