Simple Maintenance
Applicable to: cars equipped with this audio system
Maintenance of Central Controller
Control panel of Central controller

If the Central Controller crashes unexpectedly, for example,
the screen is blank, gets stuck, or failed to touch, you may try
to restart it. Restart the audio system by turning off and on the
ignition system. If the problem is still not solved, please visit
the KANDI-authorized service shop for repair.
Motor and Drive Control System

The user must conduct correct use and maintenance to ensure
normal operation of the electric motor. Check at least once
every half a year by using the following methods (if the
electric vehicles are used frequently, under complex operating
conditions, the inspection cycle shall be shortened accordingly):
1) the user shall check and maintain the motor with the power
battery disconnected to avoid accidents. 2) Inspect whether the
cable of the electric motor is reliable. if it gets loosened and
damaged, fix or replace it to avoid burn-out resulted from
sparking or partial overheating due to poor contact of the
connections.

This system adopts a three-phase asynchronous motor and a
vector control and speed governing system.

The dust and contaminants at exterior surface of the electric
motor should be eliminated periodically based on the operating
environment, so as to help heat dissipation.

Although the controller adopts a fully-enclosed water-proof
design, it is prohibited to flush the control with water.

Maintenance of the controller is responsible by a special
person, and the user cannot dismantle the upper cover of the
controller.
