If the car is locked with the central door lock switch, following
situations will occur:
Unable to open the door and trunk lid from the outside of the
car (for example, it may ensure the safety when stopping at a
traffic signal light).
If the driver's door is open, this door will not be locked (after
the lock function in the central lock switch is operated), for
fear that you unintentionally lock yourself out of the car. The
door can be locked separately only after being closed.
Warning !
When the ignition system is turned off, the central door lock
switch still works. You can still use it to lock all the doors and the
trunk lid. However, since a locked door will make it more difficult
to rescue from outside in an emergency, so you must never leave
your child unattended in a car. A locked door will make it more
difficult for the rescuers to get in the car in an emergency, thus it
may endanger the lives of those to be rescued!
