MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Your grill is manufactured using high-grade materials.
Please note the following information while cleaning and maintaining the surfaces of the grill:
• Ensure that the grill has fully cooled down before cleaning it.
Never dispose of hot ash or charcoal which is still burning. This poses a risk of fire!
Only dispose of the ashes and coal when they have stopped burning and have cooled down
fully.
• Do not use sharp implements to clean or remove ashes from the grill rack. Otherwise the sur-
face may become damaged.
• Clean the grill rack using cleaning water.
Rinse the grill rack using clean water.
• Clean the internal and external surfaces in general using warm soapy water.
• If the enamel parts are dirtier, use a standard
enamel cleaner (oven cleaner).
• Do not use any stain removing or diluting agents to remove marks.
These are harmful and should not come into contact with food.
• Clean the grill regularly, preferably after every use.
• Use a soft, clean cloth to dry it.
Avoid scratching the grill surfaces while drying.
• Regularly re-tighten every screw before each use to guarantee the grill’s stability at all times.
CAUTION! Never use water to put out a charcoal fire because the enamel could flake as a result of
thermal shock.
IMPORTANT! The grill must always be stored in a way which protects it against moisture.
ENVIRONMENTAL INSTRUCTIONS AND DISPOSAL MEASURES
Ensure the grill is kept clean during usage and while disposing of residual waste.
Only dispose of residual waste in containers intended for this purpose, which are made from metal
or inflammable materials. The applicable local regulations for waste disposal apply.
Keep packaging and packaging parts away from children.
These are not toys.
There is a risk of suffocation posed by film and other packaging materials.
