Warranty
The warranty covers 12 months for professional users. The warranty covers against manufacturing
defects of mechanical parts, battery, charger, motor and transmission mechanism, etc., the reduction of
performance due to wear and tear are not included. The guarantee loses its validity in the following cases:
• Abnormal use of tools and overexertion
• Maintenance not carried out in the manner indicated in this user guide
• Modifications in the tools
• Damage to the tool even if it is caused by an error
• Damage due to repairs carried out by unqualified personnel
• Natural events
• Lack of battery charge with the required frequency.
• Reduced performance of components subject to wear during normal use (eg blade, counter blade,
battery, rubbers, bearings, pinions, etc.) are excluded from the warranty.
The warranty is only valid for products that have been registered through the website within 30 days from
the date of purchase.

The buyer must also keep a copy of the sales document (receipt, invoice) and of the warranty registration:
a copy of these documents must be given to the Dealer or Authorized Customer Service together with the
machine to be repaired. In the absence of these documents, the machine will in any case be considered
out of warranty.
