Warranty
24 months warranty for private users and 12 months warranty for professional users. It covers core
parts, including Lithium battery, charger, motor and transmission mechanism. 3 months for
machinery parts.
The following conditions invalidate the warranty:
Any abnormal operation
Tool not maintained as indicated into the Maintenance Instruction
Tool modifications
Any damages even if made by mistake
Damages after hobby repairing.
Nature disasters
Battery not recharged with the requested frequency
Use of the tool with a thread not approved by the producer
Components subjected to wear (such as the cutter or tying mouth) during normal operation are not
covered by the warranty.
The warranty is valid only for products that have been registered through the website within 30 days
from the purchase date.

The buyer must also keep a copy of the sales document (receipt, invoice) and of the warranty
registration: a copy of these documents must be given to the Dealer or Authorized Customer
Service together with the machine to be repaired. In the absence of these documents, the machine
will in any case be considered out of warranty.
