Fires in the FERA range can only be connected with KAL-FIRE
concentric RVS flue gas material, otherwise no warranty can be given
for the system. This is because during CE testing the appliances are
certified with this duct, and different resistance values apply to each
duct.
The maximum length of the wall duct is 60 cm, and can be shortened
as required, depending on the wall thickness. Firstly fit a 1 m piece
onto the fire’s connection collar, fit the 90° bend to this piece, and, if
necessary, shorten the wall duct to the desired length and connect it
to the bend.
For a roof duct system, the system length can be calculated using the
calculation principles. Take care to use as few horizontal pieces as
possible, and make sure that the flue is constructed so that the flue
gases always escape to the outside and never downwards!
