Translation of the original operating manual for the KTS SpeedTec mini

Page

Replace the belt.

To measure the belt tension, use an acceptable measuring
instrument (e.g. Tummeter from Hilger & Kern) at the arrow
marked position.
Stretch the belt until the measuring instrument displays a
value of 238 Hz ± 20Hz.

Finally re-fit the rear panel.
