Operation

grammable parameters can be specified in terms of periods of the

GPTC_CLK input by the software application. GPTC_GATE

enables/disables calculation. When GPTC_GATE is inactive, the

counter halts the current count value. Generation of a single pulse

with a pulse delay of two and a pulse-width of four is shown.

Mode 5: Single-Triggered Pulse

This mode generates a single pulse with programmable delay and

programmable pulse-width following an active GPTC_GATE edge.

These programmable parameters can be specified in terms of peri

ods of the GPTC_CLK input. When the first GPTC_GATE edge triggers

the single pulse, GPTC_GATE has no effect until software start is exe

cuted again. Generation of a single pulse with a pulse delay of two

and a pulse-width of four is shown.
