Cautions for setting the detection function
You cannot set motion detection, audio detection, and tampering detection at the same time.
An error message is displayed when one detection function setting is already enabled and you try to select
another. Check the content of the error message, set the already-enabled detection function to "OFF", and
then reconfigure the detection function. (

Cautions for changing the encoding setting
When changing an already-configured encoding setting on the Basic Settings 2 page, Encoding page, or SD
recording page, PTZ and the auto patrol settings are cancelled.
In this case, set PTZ and the auto patrol settings again after setting the encoding setting. (

Troubleshooting
Check the following items if you cannot record to an SD card.

Disengage the lock on the SD card.

Use an SD card that is compatible with this camera. (

You may become unable to update the screen if you frequently move between the SD card playback screen
and the advanced settings screen.

Press the [Cancel] button, or press the refresh button of your Internet browser.
Check the following items if the frame rate of images which are recorded to an SD card is lower than the set
value or variable.

images recorded to the SD card. As a result, the number of playback frames may be lower or vary.
