Don't lift the TV from the top
When you remove the TV from its box lie it flat.
Don’t balance it on the sensor at the front of the TV.
Installing the Base Stand
1. Ensure the TV is switched off and not connected to the mains power supply.
2. Keep the protective bag on your TV, it will help to protect the TV. Lay the TV
down on a flat surface with the back side facing up, and ideally at the edge of
a table so that the base of the TV slightly overhangs on it. Please make sure
a soft cushioned material (such as a pillow or thick piece of foam) is placed
beneath the screen.
Remove the Protective Bag
If you don’t have a table big enough, you can use the TV box. Lie the box
flat, make sure you place the polystyrene back in the box first to give the
box some rigidity and strength.
• Keep the protective bag on your TV until you have attached the stand and
positioned the TV.
• The LCD display is very fragile, and must be protected at all times when installing
and removing the base stand. Be sure that no hard or sharp object, or anything
that could scratch or damage the LCD display, comes into contact with it. DO NOT
exert pressure on the front of the TV at any time because the screen could crack.
3. Fit the stand support onto the stand base. Ensure the stand support marking
position is in right position (L = left, R = right). Align with the screw holes
then screw the support by using 4 screws A supplied.
4. Rotate the stand assembly so the metal bar face to the front of the TV. Insert
the stand support under the bottom of the TV. The stand assembly will
fit snugly into the TV. Then screw the stand to the TV by using 4 screws B
supplied.
