8 Startup and parameterization

8.7.2

Calibrate the flow rate zero point

NOTE!

Adjust these parameters in the following cases:
•

Before using the Teach-In for the K-factor

•

After performing maintenance work

•

If the measured flow rate is not zero, even though medium circulation has been stopped

NOTE!

Make sure there are no air bubbles in the pipeline.

NOTE!

Before calibrating the flow rate zero point
•

and before starting up the sensor for the first time, immerse it into the measuring material for 24
hours

•

and after performing maintenance work, immerse the sensor into the measuring medium for one
hour

NOTE!

During calibration
•

The device status LED flashes

•

The outputs are frozen at the last measured flow rate

•

The device cannot be adjusted
