1) Insert the bobbn deep nto the bobbn wnder spn-

dle

untl t wll go no further.

2) Pass the bobbn thread pulled out from the spool

rested on the rght sde of the thread stand followng

the order from

as shown in the figure on the left.

Then, wnd the end of the bobbn thread on the bob-

bn several tmes.

3) Press the bobbn wnder adjustng plate

n the

drecton of A and start the sewng machne. The bob-

bn rotates n the drecton of C and the bobbn thread

s wound up. The bobbn wnder spndle

wll auto-

matically stop as soon as the winding is finished.

4) Remove the bobbn and cut the bobbn thread wth

the thread cut retaner

5) To adjust the wndng amount of the bobbn thread, loosen

setscrew

and move bobbn wnder adjustng plate

to the drecton of A or B. Then, tghten setscrew

To the drecton A : The amount s decreased.

To the drecton B : The amount s ncreased.

1) Turn the handwheel by hand to rase the needle

to ts hghest poston.

2) Loosen the needle clamp screw

. Hold the nee-

dle

so that the long groove

on the needle s

facng exactly toward you.

3) Insert the needle deep nto the hole of the needle

bar n the drecton of the arrow untl t wll go no

further.

4) Securely tghten the screw

5) Confrm that the long groove

on the needle

faces toward you.
