Installation check - request for start-up service

The services of a Johnson Controls representative is provided to check the installation and supervise

the initial start-up and operation on all chillers installed in the Continental United States.
After the unit is installed, piped and wired as described in these instructions, but before any

attempt is made to start the unit, the Johnson Controls District Office should be advised so that the

start-up service, included in the contract price, can be scheduled. Use the

Installation Checklist and

Start-up Request (Form 160.75-CL1).
