Using the Maestro Software to
Monitor Alarms

Introduction

This section covers how to use the Maestro software to monitor
alarms, and view and print alarm logs.
When the Maestro is in the Wait for Alarms mode, the ACT2
controller can dial in and send an alarm immediately to the Maestro.
This can alert someone to trouble at a job site before the site even
realizes that a problem exists. All of the alarms received by the
Maestro software are saved daily in an alarm log file that is named by
the date the alarms were received.
