Fitting adapters to the plug connectors
The OLP-3057 is equipped with an universal adapter system,
which allows connection of all standard optical connector
types the connectors on the end of the SIM. The test adapters
are suitable both for connectors with planar (PC) and angled
(APC) end surfaces.
The label on the back of the SIM will be a different color,
depending on the connector type, as described in
Table 6 .
However, the OLP-3057 connector type must match the type
of the cable connector.
To fit adapters to the plug connectors
1 Open the cover.
2 Place the test adapter vertically on the optical connector.
