Next, loosely mount the four top mounts to the holes in the front of the
bed. If you do not have the trail rail, you can simply fasten them into place
using the provided 25mm M6 bolts. If you do have the trail rail, you will
need to remove it and then reinstall it with one of the mounts behind each
of the four holes in it using the factory hardware. The slotted end is what
gets bolted into the bed.

Once the brackets are in place, loosely mount the MOLLE panel to them
using the 5/16”-18 X 5/8” bolts and 5/16”-18 serr. flange nuts.
