Bit 4 : Presence or absence of receiving signal
(0: No receiving signal, 1: receiving signal)
Bit 3 : Classification of remote control or local control
(0: Local control, 1: Remote control)
Bit 2 : Receiving level data (4)
Bit 1 : Receiving level data (2)
Bit 0 : Receiving level data (1)
