Connectors
With the DA add-on you will get
6 additional analog outputs
with a resolution
of 16 bit (and a DAC each).
In the standard version two of these outputs go from DAC 3 and DAC 4 to the
BNC plugs OUT 3 and OUT 4. The other 4 outputs connect DAC 5...DAC 8 to
the pins 1...4 and 14...17 of the 25-pin D-SUB socket CONN4 (see figure).
With the Gold-D option all additional outputs are connected to the pins of the
DSub socket ANALOG OUT.

Programming and
calibration
You program and calibrate the additional DACs like the DAC 1 and DAC 2 (see
chapter 5.1, chapter 6 and
ADbasic
manual).
