How do we know the status of ports?

Which IP addresses need to be assigned?
The UHD100T32 chassis system requires a management IP address.
If your network implements a DHCP service, the UHD100T32 IP addresses are automatically assigned by
that service, unless you choose to assign a static IP address instead. When assigning static IP addresses,
you must observe the following requirement:
The address cannot be on the following subnets:
10.0.x.x/16
10.1.1.x/16
These subnets are reserved for internal chassis and card communications.
Failure to observe these requirements may result in connectivity failures.
What licensing issues can result in problems?
