8.2 Messages in the app
PrograMill One informs you about the mode it is in (e.g. maintenance mode, transport mode)
as well as about any errors and warnings. They are displayed as messages in tablet.
Follow the instructions in the app which will guide you through the respective tasks to be
carried out step by step.
In addition to the displayed messages, observe the status of the OSD ring (“OSD ring status”,
page 116).
8.3 Troubleshooting / error table
Error Possible reason(s) Solution
Machine won’t start Power supply is not
connected or has been
interrupted.
Power failure. • Check power supply and
restore if necessary.
• Switch machine on
(again).
• If the problem continues:
Contact your authorized
service partner.
App does not recognize the
device. Switched on
machine does not respond
to input via tablet. No network connection • Check network
connection and restore if
necessary.
• If the problem continues:
Please contact the in-
house technician.
Necessary updates have not
been downloaded. • Download an update
from the respective store
(iTunes, Play Store etc.)
onto your mobile device.
• If the problem continues:
Contact your authorized
service partner.
The machine does not
continue to work. OSD ring
does not light up any more. Power supply has been
interrupted.
Power failure. • Check power supply and
restore if necessary.
• Switch the machine off
and then on again. Follow
the instructions in the
operating panel.
• If the problem continues:
Contact your authorized
service partner.
Fault in the machine • Contact your authorized
service partner.
