9. POSSIBLE INCIDENTS AND SOLUTIONS

9.1. INSPECTIONS IN CASE OF FAILURE

In the event of an anomaly in the device, the following verifications must be carried out to find the

cause of the anomaly.

9.1.1. FAULT LOCATION

Verify if the fault is in the remote control equipment or in the electrical circuit of the machine. To verify

this, simply connect the original button panel to the machine (or from the cabin), and check that the

crane is working properly. If the machine works correctly it means that the fault lies in the remote

control. Otherwise the fault is in the machine.

9.1.2. INTERFERENCE CHECK (NOT VALID FOR GCFI VERSIONS)

If the transmitter loses range or if it’s necessary to constantly reset the unit, there may be

interferences in the working frequency. Change the working frequency following the procedure

described in section 8.

9.1.3. TRANSMITTER CHECK

Start the transmitter following the procedure described in section 5.4. If the LED

lights up

permanently, the problem lies with the receiver.
