Stow & Go Assist Handle Installation Instructions
(Part #’s: 86472-XX/Y or 86473-XX/Y)
1.
Determine the installation location for your handle*, making sure there
is strong material behind the location to support the handle. Remove
the end caps, which are supplied not fully clipped into place.
TOOLS NEEDED:
Power Drill w/ 1/16” Drill
Bit & Quad Bit
Silicone Sealant
(Optional)
PARTS NEEDED:
Stow & Go Handle
Standard or Mini
#8 1.25” x 8 Pieces Flat Head
Screws (not provided)

Mark the screw holes on the end caps. Note
that the standard handle measures 27.25” and
the mini handle measures 23” from the top
of one cap to the bottom of the other. It is
recommended that a 1/16” drill bit be used
to drill a pilot hole.
*Ensure end caps are vertically aligned

* The Stow & Go handle should be installed into strong material or will run the risk of being pulled out of the wall.
* The Stow & Go handle should never be left in the operating position while traveling.
