SBC402X

Make sure that the grass is fallen out, then
close the container.

Even if the container is closed, keep pushing
the switch until the lock plate (1) is completely
locked by pin (2).

In case there is too much clearance between
the lock plate (1) and pin (2), readjust the nut/
M8 (3) to lower the lock bracket (4).

CAUTION: Never keep pushing the con-
tainer dump switch for more than 30 sec-
onds after container opening or closing.
Otherwise, there is a possibility that cylin-
der breaks down.

5. OPERATION OF MANUAL COLLECTOR

SBC402X-LE4

Open:

Raise the dump lever (1) to release the lock

from the lock plate (5).

Open the container by pulling the dump lever
(1) forward.

Close:

Make sure that the grass is fallen out, then

close the container by pushing the dump lever
(1) backward.

In case the container can not be closed
smoothly or

In case there is too much clearance between
the lock plate (5), and pin (2), readjust the nut/
M8 (3) to lower the lock bracket (4).
