Command Line Interface Management

6.1

About CLI Management

Besides WEB-based management, iES20G Series also supports CLI management. The switch

console port or Telnet can be used to configure the switch via the CLI.

CLI Management by RS-232 Serial Console (9600, 8, none, 1, none)

Use an RJ45 to DB9-F cable to connect to the switch’s console and to a local

PC’s COM port.

Follow the steps below to access the console via the RS-232 serial cable.
