Switch setting interface

The following table describes the labels for the Switch Setting screen.

Label

Description

System Name

Assign the name of switch. The maximum length is 64 bytes.

System Description

Display the description of switch.

System Location

Assigns the switch’s physical location. The maximum length is 64 bytes.

System Contact

Enter the name of contact person or organization.

System OID

Display’s the switch’s OID information.

Firmware Version

Display’s the switch’s firmware version.

Kernel Version

Display’s the kernel software version.

Device MAC

Display’s

the unique hardware address assigned by manufacturer

(default).
