S0-20 TroubleShooTing CharT

Please follow the instruction below for the problem type you encountered.

• Cannot dial into conference calls

• Echo noise can be heard

• Cannot connect S0-20 with the 

wireless router

• Cannot hear voicemail on 
  S0-20 but can on the computer

• When charging S0-20, the 

screen does not turn off 
according to Time-Out setting
