CT40 ECS MICRO SCRUB Quick Guide
This Guide is intended for quick consultation only and does not replace the Use and Maintenance Manual.
Before using the machine, read the Use and Maintenance Manual contained in the machine packaging thoroughly and rigorously respect all the
instructions.
PREPARATION/
OPERATION
1.
Fill the detergent tank.
2. Release the emergency
button to turn the machine on.
3. Lower the machine head by
pressing the pedal downwards
and to the left.
4. Lower the squeegee using
the lever.
5. When operating the machine
in MICRO SCRUB mode, close
the detergent tap fully. When
using the machine with the
traditional brush, regulate
detergent flow using the tap.
6.
Press the brush button.
7.
Hold the brush button down
for 3 seconds to choose the
type of operation, "MICRO
SCRUB" or with traditional
brush.
8.
Press the suction button.
9.
Choose the direction of
movement by moving the
direction selector, turn the
potentiometer to set the
work speed.
10. Operate the drive lever.
11. Begin working.
12. MICRO SCRUB
When using the machine in
MICRO SCRUB mode,
check the LEDs indicating
the pressure of the
microfibre on the work
surface. There may be:
a) 1 green LED on:
minimum pressure;
b) 2 green LEDs on:
medium pressure;
c) 3 green LEDs on:
maximum permitted
pressure;
d) 3 green LEDs on + 1
red LED on: excessive
microfibre pressure.
13. If necessary, adjust the
pressure of the microfibre
using the knob.
14. When you have finished
cleaning, proceed as
follows:
•
Turn the brush motor
off.
•
Turn the suction motor
off.
•
Press the emergency
button.
•
Raise the machine
head.
•
Raise the squeegee.
•
When using the
machine in brush mode,
close the detergent tank
tap.
•
If necessary, charge the
batteries.
DAILY MAINTENANCE
Empty the dirty water drum
through the drain hose.
