Instruction on Polar Scope Replacement of a CEM26/GEM28 Mount
Toll needed
: a set of metric Allen wrench
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THE SET SCREW!!!
To Remove/Replace/Rotate a CEM26/GEM28 iPolar:
For GEM28
1.
Unthread the red RA rear cover
2.
Release two set screws on RA axle.
3.
Pull out the iPolar
4.
Set the mount in Zero Position and insert a New iPolar
5.
Check the iPolar orientation to make sure ALT adjustment will result image vertical movement.
For CEM26
1.
Release the screws from side
2.
Release the other screw from the bottom
3.
Pull out the iPoler
4.
Set the mount in Zero Position and insert a New iPolar.
5.
Check the iPolar orientation to make sure ALT adjustment will result image vertical movement.
