See from the returned data, all fault types are 0023H (decimal 35) with the meaning of
maladjustment (STo).
7.5.2 Examples of write command 06H
Make the VFD with the address of 03H to run forward. See section 7.4.2 "Description of other
function addresses in Modbus", the address of "Communication-based control command" is
2000H, and 0001H indicates forward running. See the table below.
