Stand Up Lift Model RPS350-2

Replacing the Mast Actuator

CAUTION

DO NOT overtighten the nut and bolt. This damages the mounting bracket.

NOTE:

For

this

procedure,

refer

FIGURE 7.6.

1. Remove

the

bottom

nut,

washer

and

shoulder

bolt

that

secure

the

mast

actuator

the

mast

mounting

bracket.

2. Rest

the

lift

arm

your

shoulder

and

remove

the

top

nut,

bolt,

bracket

and

bushing

from

the

lift

arm

mounting

bracket.

3. Remove

the

mast

actuator.

4. Reverse

the

above

steps

for

installation

the

new

mast

actuator.
